The Available facilities in our Huizhou Chezhijiao include: 2 units of CNC milling machines complete with full sets of mould and dies. A blow moulding division with 7 sets of blow moulding machines with the various dies and moulds to suit various sizes an models. The sanding and polishing lines deploy a 12 staffs team all with 5-10 experience with professional skill. Auto spray painting lines with 2 team of technicians to spray undercoats and top coats. In 2016, we have added robotic spraying arm and a waste water treatment plant. In 2015, we have successfully achieved TS169649 certification to ensure our production standards and. Uality.
